We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of development projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional efforts, integrating solutions, and fostering communication between development teams and other departments.
Your main tasks will be:
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting product and project requirements for development.
- Coordinating workflows among developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Communicating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical specifications.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
- Monitoring project progress, aligning requirements, managing changes, and supporting priority adjustments when needed.
- Participating in project planning and estimation, offering recommendations to optimize processes and improve product quality.
- Facilitating the seamless integration of developed solutions into the company’s existing systems and processes.
- Supporting development teams and stakeholders with analytical insights and project reports.
- Mentoring and guiding the team on best practices in data and process analysis.

- Proven experience in collecting, documenting, and analyzing requirements for development projects.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
