We are looking for strong Systems Engineers with a passion for Azure to work with highly skilled and engaged teams across the globe to build Azure Cloud solutions. In this role, you will lead cloud implementation strategy development and execution in existing IT infrastructure. Join EPAM as an Azure Cloud Lead System Engineer and play a key role in migrating the Client’s current systems from traditional data centers to an Azure cloud environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of automation elements to deploy production workloads in our cloud environment
Provide first Tier support for internal and external users
Be responsible for disaster recovery, backups/restores of Azure Resources Configurations (ARM Templates), Virtual Machines and Storage Accounts
Create Azure Automation configuration and runbook development
Design, install, configure and maintain cloud resources & develop recovery strategies for all systems
Monitor & evaluate to ensure timely upgrades and additions of IaaS/PaaS and software to meet growth requirements

Requirements

Skills in building Azure solutions, administering and maintaining Azure cloud environments, deployment of API Management & Application Service Environment Resources
Proficiency in Windows Server administration and related applications: Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Identity and associated cloud technologies
Familiarity with cloud architecture and components, including computing, storage & networking
Competency in scripting (tools, process, methods, troubleshooting) and deployment concepts such as continuous integration
Background in creating Site to Site VPNs, Virtual Networks, Network security groups, Load balancers and Storage Accounts
Experience with ADFS and SSO implementation on Active Directory
Ability to create VMs and Azure Web Apps, implement Azure RBAC standard roles & design Azure RBAC custom roles
Knowledge of cloud networks and subnets, security concepts and best practices
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hypervisor) and MS Load Balancer/F5 Load Balancer

Salary range €4.2K-€6.5K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
