Job Description:


• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Work on automation projects that impact the processes and productivity.
• Prepare reports relating to efficiency and productivity of the factory employees.
• Prepare monthly variance reports of various items of expenditure.
• Take on key transitions from US and stabilization of transitioned processes.
• Bringing in process improvements and time/cost savings.

Qualifications:


• A qualified CA / CMA with minimum 4-5 years of rich experience in SAP FICO, FP&A related activities and MIS reporting.
• Key skills include Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Budgeting and reporting
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Prior project handling experience is preferred.
• Good public speaking and stakeholder handling ability.
