  • <point>Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and building up a well-balanced pipeline while ensuring qualitative top-of-funnel inputs and high conversion rates to meet the output goals.</point>
  • <point>Setting up thought-through outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships with medium businesses and ensuring the successful completion of newly acquired deals.</point>
  • <point>Achieving growth and hitting sales targets (leveraging the benefits of an uncapped commission scheme) by implementing effective strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and analysing and optimising performance.</point>
  • <point>Sharing regular updates on the overall business progress and successes with the management team.</point>
  • <point>Providing market feedback to the Product team and playing an essential role in developing our solutions based on businesses' needs.</point>
  • <point>Monitoring emerging markets, identifying new opportunities, and promptly responding to market shifts and challenges by removing existing obstacles.</point>

  • <point>You have a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing mid-market clients and excel in driving revenue growth.</point>

  • <point>You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset and are an experienced CRM user (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimise your activities.</point>
