Senior Manager, Product Marketing

The Opportunity:

Join our rapidly growing SaaS company as a Senior Product Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a high-energy, results-oriented marketer to drive our go-to-market execution, provide support to our sales and customer facing teams, as well as lead our competitive intelligence and analyst relations programs. This is a foundational product marketing role requiring someone comfotable with being a generalist. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical market insights to our sales, product, and marketing teams, guiding us through an exciting growth phase.

Primary Purpose of the Position:

You will spearhead our competitive intelligence and analyst relations efforts, including in-depth market and competitor research, strategic battlecard development, and market landscape assessments. Additionally, you will lead the execution of GTM and product launch strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure impactful launches. You’ll provide critical support to our sales and customer-facing teams by developing content, assets, and sales decks that empower them to articulate our value and differentiation in a competitive market.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Competitive Intelligence Program: Develop and manage a robust competitive intelligence program to keep our teams informed and agile.
  • Actionable Insights: Deliver timely and actionable competitive updates to sales, pre-sales, product, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and strategic advantage.
  • Field Enablement Tools: Translate competitive insights into impactful tools like battlecards, objection handling documents, and evaluation guides to empower our sales force.
  • Market Landscape Analysis: Provide insights that inform the development of new market categories, positioning our offerings effectively against competitors.
  • Pricing and Packaging Support: Collaborate with product and pricing teams to define competitive pricing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders across product, marketing, and sales to define competitive positioning and stay updated on relevant technological advancements.
  • Lead GTM Strategy and Product Launch Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market launch plans collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, positioning and content are strategically aligned. Manage the full launch lifecycle, from planning through post-launch analysis, to drive impact and refine future strategies.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content assets, including sales decks, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product one-pagers and video scripts, tailored to drive engagement and support sales efforts across all stages of the buyer and customer journey.
  • Analyst Relations Program: Lead our analyst relations initiatives by identifying key analysts and developing engagement strategies, working alongside executives for impactful presentations.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product marketing..
  • Proven track record in competitive analysis and engagement with industry analysts.
  • Strong experience in creating impactful sales enablement content, with expertise in devloping clear and differentiated messaging and positioning
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork to share insights and drive strategy.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, friendly, and persuasive communications that articulate our unique value proposition.
  • B2B Enterprise Product Marketing experience
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Min Years of Rel Exp w/Degree: 6
  • Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in launching new market categories or products.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for competitive analysis and market research.
  • Supply Chain Industry Experience

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
  • Compensation range is base salary of $120,000 - $180,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
