This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Brand Strategists, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol.com, Pathé and Grolsch to name a few.

JOB PURPOSE

As a Motion Designer, you play a key role in our fast-paced Social Content team. You are well-versed in internet culture and thrive on creating attention-grabbing content. We are seeking a like-minded talent who can keep up with our team's pace—someone unafraid to use new ideas or techniques and who possesses a true maker's mentality. You understand how to work within a client's framework while also pushing creative boundaries. You are proactive, a team player, and inspire the rest of the team with your design ideas. We admire those who love to experiment, discover a new feature in the morning, and bring it to life by the afternoon.

We are looking for a Dutch- speaking Motion Designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop social-first design concepts in collaboration with our Social Content Creatives for top brands on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and YouTube Shorts.
• Design ideas that surpass the standard of creativity and are developed with a social-first mindset.
• Be a flexible team player, providing support when needed.
• Stay updated with trends, industry developments, and tools.
• Maintain high quality while working efficiently.
  
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in Dutch & English 
• Solid experience as a Motion designer or similar role
• Outstanding showreel and/or portfolio
• Expert knowledge of Adobe creative suite
• Strong aesthetic skills with graphic design principles knowledge
• Ability to elevate a design brief to the next level
• Good presentation skills; internal and client facing 
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• A curious and open-minded personality.
• Ability to remain focused under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• A flexible team player
• A love for learning new things and exploring new formats

Nice to have:

• Experience in video editing
• Cinema 4D
• Blender
• Experience with AR
• Experience with photography or videography
• Experience with sound design and using Audition

You will become an integral member of both our design and social team, and you will be encouraged to follow your passions. You’ll be supported when you want to try something new.
