We are looking for an entrepreneurial-style Sales Specialist for Oracle’s CX Specialist Sales team, someone with drive, who will walk through brick walls without having to be asked to achieve whatever goal is in front of them. This role is perfect for someone inherently curious. A person who loves what they do and devours information related to their field, their profession and their craft. They read about it, study it, talk to other people about it... immerse themselves in it, continuously. And work proactively to stay current in it. We are seeking a passionate and talented Sales Specialist CX to join our team in Copenhagen to serve the Danish and Norwegian market.

Primary job duty is to sell Oracle Customer Data Platform SaaS Solutions – CX Unity to prospective and existing customers as Specialist Account Executive – aka Co-Prime - in close partnership with the assigned Account Executives– aka Prime in Nordics regions.

What You Will Do

Create Pipeline, Win Pipeline, Forecast Accurately – more in details

  • Sell our award-winning solutions to high quality accounts in the Enterprise& Mid-Market Segments
  • Generate, develop and close new business. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Call on senior-level executive contacts (CEO, CFO, SVP, CMO)
  • Manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle
  • Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
  • Work in an International team environment with peers, account managers and sales engineers to retain and grow accounts
  • Create and manage territory and account plans
  • Engage with our Strategic accounts and prospects at strategic level to drive commercial value
  • Develop Industry focused value proposition to position CX solutions as key in delivering business value
  • Set up and run discovery customer workshops


What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
  • Adopt at driving two way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
  • 3 years of minimum CX sales experience
  • You understand the decision making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Experience selling high end Software as a Service solutions or consulting services to large enterprises
  • Person who is familiar with CX Technologies across Marketing, Sales and Service. The Ideal candidate has knowledge about, CRM, CDP, MarTech, AdTech and Data.
  • Authorised to work in Denmark
  • Fluent English and Danish required (Norwegian is a plus)
