Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, remote, or in-person
- Analyze and escalate tickets related to systems and software
- Ensure high availability and performance of client platforms
- Conduct mapping, directory configurations, and email set-ups
- Responsible for user training and technical demands
