Inside Sales Specialist

Overview

Leading distributor of nutritious snacks, dedicated to providing tasty and health-conscious options to consumers across the country, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients interested in offering healthy snack options at retail locations including supermarkets, convenience stores, specialty health food stores, and more.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current clients and new prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences in the healthy snack category.
  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional support to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline development using CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or similar roles.
