Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to new inbound leads generated through various digital marketing channels

  • Conduct sales calls to qualify leads and convert them into paying clients

  • Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage lead information and communication

  • Create and send customized estimates to potential clients using the company’s estimating system

  • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities

  • Close deals independently for the majority of clients

  • Schedule in-person appointments for clients requiring face-to-face meetings

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in GoHighLevel being a plus

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Adaptability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly

  • Comfortable with a commission-based incentive structure

Scope:

  • Handle 350-500 new leads per month, in addition to following up on existing leads

  • Work towards achieving a minimum 30% closing rate

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure

  • Operate within a full-time, remote work setting

  • Collaborate with the agency’s team to ensure seamless client onboarding

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and strategies

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
