Responsibilities
- Oversight for quality delivery of all projects in their assigned teams
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to maintain balanced/successful delivery across all projects; escalate issues to Senior Leadership as required
- Delivery oversight to accomplish program objectives, continually striving to improve and meet the client’s operational needs
- Meets company financials and program objectives
- Accountable for the overall delivery performance of a portfolio of projects
- Identifies and implements key program metrics and leads development of situational awareness reporting and management tools for project teams to drive program success
- Deliver program reviews presentations to leadership
- Effectively communicate business strategy and goals and how they align to the team’s work
- Hold the team and individuals accountable for results and recognize them appropriately
- Exceptional sense of risk management, proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues that threaten the success of a project before it becomes an escalation
- Able to act as the escalation point and resolve large or high-risk issues
- Able to coach others in appropriate risk management
- Effectively work with Project Managers to help turn large scaled, complex, troubled projects around
- Successfully manage multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including managing scope, time, cost, and quality of delivery for projects of any size
- Demonstrate honesty and compassion for customers’ needs
- Lead with expert financial management skills for time & materials and/or fixed price projects, including billing
- Apply excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences throughout the company and customer executives
- Challenge senior stakeholders on critical success factors
- Leads negotiations with various stakeholders
- Employs an effective, diplomatic, and influential communication style that works across the organizational teams and regions to gain support and implement positive and successful change initiatives to improve overall Project Management processes and tools
- Promotes adherence to best practices, tools, and processes (e.g., onboarding, workplan, estimates, status reporting, communication plans, SOW, discovery tools, templates, etc.) as identified, defined, and deployed by the organization
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other project leaders, providing direction to project teams to ensure best practices, tools, and processes by following guidelines and processes established by the organization.
- Maintain a culture of innovation, confidence and trust, best practice development
- Champion the promotion of integrity in all endeavors
- Participate in accurate forecasting of staffing demands for intricate projects of any size to with client and internal team to understand and ensure proactive staffing decisions to:
- Deliver projects in a timely fashion
- Mitigate / reduce staffing risk
- Meet business financial objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
- 5+ years Project Management experience with enterprise software implementations
- 3+ years managing Deliveries and very large, complex projects (5000+ hours)
- Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role needs capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditions
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong consulting experience in both Program and Project Management
- Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management preferred
- Knowledge of software development process and cycle
- Knowledge of Agile project methodology is preferred
- Associated experience in project delivery and/or Project Management qualifications such as PMI, Prince2 or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Advanced proficiency with Project Management tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, etc.
- Additional languages beneficial
Travel
- Must be able to travel up to 50%, with the potential for international travel
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.

Compensation$90,000 USD Annually to $135,000 USD Annually Plus Bonus
