Job description

Principales Tareas:

  • Comprender los procesos de Assurant para mantener y garantizar procesos alineados a los estándares de Assurant.
  • Documentar procesos, mantenimiento de manuales de negocio.
  • Brindar soporte operativo al proveedor de servicio.
  • Participar en el lanzamiento de nuevos negocios/ capacidades.
  • Seguimiento y Control de Performance Contact Center.
  • Seguimiento de Presupuesto y Plan
  • Proyección de Interacciones- Plan.
  • Control de Costos relacionados a iniciativas y nuevas herramientas de automatización (IA, RPA, Virtual Agent)
  • Dimensionar y utilizar los reportes de Performance (Telefónica, WhatsApp, CRM, Data Analytics) para garantizar el base line del servicio.
