Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums. Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for layout, typography, color, and branding. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense for visual accuracy and design consistency. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and incorporate feedback into designs.

Core responsibilities:

Graphic Design Creation: Design visually engaging materials for various mediums including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, banners, and website assets. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create graphics that meet project requirements and deadlines. Revisions and Edits: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make adjustments to designs as needed. Print and Digital Preparation: Prepare designs for print production and digital formats, ensuring files are properly set up and optimized. Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets and design files, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
