Job description

Einar & Partners is on an exciting quest for an EU-based ITOM Architect with expertise in the ServiceNow Platform. As an architect, you'll join a dynamic team of 6 other architects, working on cutting-edge ITOM projects that are shaping the future of IT in the EU!

Note: This is a full-time remote position for EU-based professionals. Unfortunately, we can't offer sponsorships at this time.

About the Position:

As a ServiceNow ITOM Architect at Einar & Partners, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, making a significant impact on the industry. We're collaborating with major partners, which means your brilliant ideas and approaches will become an integral part of our company's DNA.

You'll be a mentor to our junior talent, both within E&P and on partner projects. As an ITOM Architect, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to master and enhance our existing frameworks and rollout models for various ITOM areas in the ServiceNow Platform.

While you'll be reporting to our vibrant Amsterdam HQ, this position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the EU. We embrace a borderless work culture, but we also love face-to-face interactions: expect occasional trips to various European cities for exhilarating brainstorming sessions and team-building activities. It's the perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration!

Required Technical & Process Skills:

As an ITOM architect, we're looking for someone who can dive right in and make waves. If you have experience in these areas, we want to hear from you:

  • ServiceNow ITOM Modules
  • CMDB / CSDM
  • ITSM & ITIL (the backbone of stellar IT service management)

Bonus Points for Familiarity With:

  • Infrastructure & IT Operations (Linux, Windows, Networking, Databases, Azure/AWS - we love a tech polyglot!)
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure)
  • Monitoring Tools & Event Management
  • Coding (Any language works - as long as you speak 'computer')
  • Data-models such as Archimate, Togaf, IT4IT

Responsibilities:

Our ideal ITOM architect is a versatile problem-solver with a humble yet confident approach. You should have previous experience in:

  • Hosting workshops that leave participants inspired and energized
  • Creating presentations and models that turn complex information into clear, engaging stories
  • Working with user stories and agile development to guide and motivate junior team members
  • Understanding ITOM from various angles, from pre-sales to implementation details
  • Mentoring and coaching junior consultants
  • Breaking down abstract concepts and simplifying complex areas for diverse stakeholders

At E&P, we're thrilled by people who:

  • Showcase high emotional intelligence – you can keep your cool and work with most people. You seek to understand, can take multiple perspectives into account, and find it thrilling to navigate politics in projects
  • Think in abstracts - you can see both the forest and the trees, and draw insightful connections
  • Work with great structure & organization – whatever systems and tools you’ve developed for yourself, you stay structured as you plan your weeks and tasks; ability to separate what is urgent vs important
  • Great at Leadership – you recognize that people don’t always come in with the same perspective and background. You step up and take responsibility when required, encourage people who do good, and lift the team members around you
  • Possess Open-Source Mindset – knowledge is meant to be shared and not hoarded. You don’t mind the notion of creating content, podcasts, articles or helping team members with new findings. Things you learn are things you share
  • Never stop learning - you're always hungry for more knowledge. If you feel you can always learn more, improve and widen your horizons as a professional, you will fit extremely well in our environment

Exciting Benefits We Offer:

  • 25 days of paid holiday per year + Statutory Holidays
  • Paid Mental Health Days Off - take care of yourself and your mind!
  • Yearly travel budget up to 3K EUR per year that allows you to work from inspiring remote locations and network with your colleagues!
  • Annual company trips where we innovate and have fun
  • Be part of the E&P team, remotely and on-site - join our online teambuilding activities and let’s have fun together!
  • Coworking Space sponsorship
  • Company Equipment
  • We're deeply invested in your growth - offering a career development plan, generous performance bonuses, personalized coaching sessions, and skill-enhancing trainings!
  • A chance to be part of a leading ServiceNow ITOM community and an ambitious, challenging workplace with highly professional and skilled individuals
  • Global travel insurance valid in all countries
  • Flat salary levels irrespective of where in EU you are located. We pay according to skills, not location
  • Ability to be registered and working from any EU country leveraging the open borders
