Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate web development projects from inception to completion, primarily using WordPress and Elementor.

- Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of monthly website updates for 17 web support clients.

- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients for 6 retainer clients, focusing on Google Ads and SEO services, plus once-off web design and development projects. 

- Serve as a key client-facing representative, ensuring client needs are understood, managed, and delivered upon.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and uphold high-quality standards.

- Manage staff, assign tasks, and oversee workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and project execution.

- Provide clear communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.

- Assist in basic web development tasks as required.

- Handle administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, maintaining project documentation, and preparing reports.

- Book and manage calendar appointments for client meetings, team discussions, and project check-ins.

- Utilise ClickUp to track project progress, manage workflows, assign tasks, and collaborate with teams.

- Manage web support clients and retainer clients: Oversee and coordinate ongoing support, updates, and maintenance for a portfolio of clients with existing websites, ensuring their digital assets remain up to date.
- Coordinate projects ranging from simple website updates to complex multi-page builds: Lead a wide variety of web development projects, from straightforward content updates and plugin integrations to full-scale, multi-page website builds, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.
- Manage once-off web design and development projects: Oversee bespoke, one-time web design and development projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. This includes working with new clients on one-time website redesigns, launches, or specific development needs outside of retainer or ongoing support arrangements.

Requirements:

- Proven project management experience, particularly in managing web development projects end to end.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage expectations.

- Working knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, and basic web development principles.

- Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads strategies.

- Experience managing staff and workflows to ensure project efficiency and collaboration.

- Proficient in ClickUp or similar project management tools, with the ability to set up workflows and manage tasks efficiently.

- Ability to manage administrative duties, including email management, calendar appointment bookings, scheduling, and documentation.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle deadlines.

- Ability to think outside the box with solutions, fast and efficient, friendly and professional.

- Prior experience working in or collaborating with digital marketing agencies is highly desirable.


Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 4 hours a day within 9am to 6pm AEST
