Job Title: Business Manager - Assessment and Testing Tools (REMOTE)

Role Overview

The Business Manager for the Recruitment Division at EducoHire will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring team productivity, and driving growth in the division. The role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a remote team of 8-10 recruiters, work on continuous process improvements, and uphold the standards and goals of EducoHire. The Business Manager will also implement strategies to achieve recruitment targets and build relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients in the K-12 education and higher education sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership and Management

    • Lead and motivate a remote team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities and resolve any operational issues promptly.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, setting KPIs, and providing actionable feedback.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and performance excellence within the team.
  2. Strategic Planning and Execution

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for K-12 education, EdTech, and higher education roles.
    • Collaborate with the senior management team to set division goals and align recruitment objectives with business strategy.
    • Identify new growth opportunities and expand service offerings in alignment with EducoHire’s objectives.
  3. Client Relations and Business Development

    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the educational sector.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of client needs.
    • Work with the Business Development team to secure and manage new recruitment projects, increasing EducoHire’s market reach.
  4. Process Optimization and Technology Utilization

    • Analyze and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve quality of hires.
    • Leverage ATS and CRM systems effectively to track metrics, manage candidates, and improve recruiter productivity.
    • Implement best practices in recruitment methodologies and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, and placement success rate) to ensure achievement of division goals.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, market insights, and recruitment outcomes to senior management.
    • Use data insights to inform strategic changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Training and Development

    • Identify training needs within the recruitment team and provide coaching to enhance skills in candidate sourcing, client relations, and ATS management.
    • Conduct onboarding and training programs for new recruiters, ensuring alignment with EducoHire’s standards and expectations.
    • Promote an environment of growth, learning, and accountability within the recruitment division.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment management, with a proven track record of leading remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 education, EdTech, and higher education recruitment markets.
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment targets, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to work with data to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
