Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating efforts between development, support, and client-facing teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and are completed on time and within scope. Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills are essential for ensuring successful project outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
●     Oversee the end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
●     Act as the primary liaison between clients, development teams, and support teams and translating client requirements into actionable plans and ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations.
●     Proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
●     Allocate resources and manage team workflows to ensure smooth project execution.
●     Monitor progress of tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
●     Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and resolving challenges.
●     Maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and timelines.
●     Ensure effective use of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

Required Skills and Experience
●     3+ years of project management experience or related fields.
●     Must have PMP certification
●     Should have experience in managing US customers.
●     Should be extremely tech-savvy with exceptional communication and coordination skills.
●     Strong understanding of software development and software applications.
●     Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
●     Excellent leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and clients.
●     Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and risks.
●   Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
