Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. This position requires a blend of administrative, technical, and marketing skills to support our team and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a basic understanding of IT systems and digital marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling
correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Maintain an efficient filing system and manage office supplies inventory.
Basic IT Knowledge
• Provide first-level IT support to clients, including troubleshooting common issues and escalating more complex problems to the technical team.
• Understand basic IT concepts (networking, cybersecurity, cloud services) to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Sales and Marketing Support
• Assist in lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and maintaining a database of leads.
• Prepare and send marketing materials, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track progress and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Log and manage leads and potential customers into CRM system, schedule meetings
and manage calendars.
Digital Marketing Skills
• Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, including content creation
and engagement strategies
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (email
marketing, SEO, PPC).
• Monitor website analytics and report on campaign performance, providing insights
for improvement.
Communication
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and
professionally.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep the team informed of updates
and initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
Project Coordination
• Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Support the team in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest improvements to processes and
systems.
• Document organizational processes and provide updates to processes whenever
required.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT support, sales, and marketing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a
related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and services (networking, cloud computing,
cybersecurity).
• Experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM
software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills especially fluent in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively`
