- <point>Manage and facilitate global workforce planning, organizational design and development</point>
- <point>Practice leadership coaching and team building that supports change and growth</point>
- <point>Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs</point>
- <point>Programmatic support of core People Programs including (but not limited to) the Bolt Annual Performance Process, Total Compensation Review and Bolt Pulse Engagement survey</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have at least 6 years experience in HR remit with demonstrated experience in supporting business performance and coaching and working with leaders in a partnership capacity supporting people and talent strategies, ideally in a global, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment</point>
- <point>You preferably have a postgraduate degree in HR</point>
- <point>You have the ability to understand business strategy & goals and recommend relevant approaches to affect continuous improvements in productivity and development of People practices within Bolt</point>
- <point>You possess a change-oriented mindset with an ability to guide leaders through organizational effectiveness, design, and change initiatives</point>
- <point>You have proven experience in working with and within matrix structures and supporting global teams</point>
- <point>You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment and approach things with a good sense of humor </point>
