Job Title: Creative Operations and Production Associate - HOKA

Location: Remote – US

The Role

HOKA is looking for a passionate individual to join the Global Creative team. This in-house studio provides design, copywriting, photography, videography, motion graphics, and stewardship of HOKA’s visual identity. Under the direction of and in partnership with the Manager, Global Creative Operations and Production, the Creative Operations and Production Associate is a cross-functional collaborator responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and workflow of the Creative team.

The Creative Operations and Production Associate will be responsible for ensuring that Creative team deliverables are met within scope while maintaining marketing and cross-functional objectives and timelines, all with an understanding of project and task nuances.

This role will have direct exposure to the Creative team’s daily outputs across brand touchpoints within the design and copywriting channels. In addition, this person will participate in initiatives that drive impact within HOKA’s global campaigns and other high-level projects as necessary.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the request submissions and assignment process within the Creative team’s Asana intake queue from cross-functional teams, working closely with requesters to define and clarify project objectives, key deliverables, and timelines.
  • Actively track the progress of multiple creative workstreams across various deliverable types, meeting deadlines and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders and internal teams to gather necessary information and materials for each project, identifying the appropriate type of creative support needed.
  • Supports and schedules project kickoffs, creative reviews, and other critical project-related meetings as needed.
  • Serve as an essential point of contact between the creative team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Facilitate effective resource allocation, ensuring the creative team has the necessary tools and support to complete its tasks.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a project coordinator or traffic manager, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Experience managing multiple requests from various cross-functional partners simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and other programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.)
  • Passion for the performance footwear and apparel industry is a plus.

$28 - $30/hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
