Job description

Here are some other things you can expect from this position 

  • Provide Market Overview on the Segment Business Development;
  • Guide the Team on Annual KPI setting;
  •  Lead and Drive Segment Business Growth of POEM Segments, like Mining, Components;
  • Supporting the Segment deliver the Business Results, meeting Segment Budgets and KPIs
  • Building up Hempel competitiveness in the POEM Segments, with Key Initiatives Development Plans;
  • Strong Ownership, Lead the Key Projects with Sales Team to secure Hempel those projects with focuses on  Owner and Key Accounts;
  • Working with Global Key Account Team on Global Key Accounts;
  • Setup close working process with Direct Sales Team and Distribution Sales Team
  • As one of key leaders in Sales team, is responsible to build the team culture, in alignment with the Group Hempel Value
