The Role
Tudum is Netflix’ premier fan destination for members. Our mission is to bring members joy by deepening their connections to their favorite titles and helping them discover their next obsessions.
Tudum sits at the intersection of on- and off-service discovery. This uniquely positions Tudum to be a matchmaker and mentor, where we can set the scene, make the right connections, and give fans the spaces for their fan love to flourish. They will spend more time with us, talk to others and ultimately watch. Our goal is to ignite the power of Netflix fans – our biggest ambassadors and the engines of buzz about our titles.
The Tudum experience includes both an internal tool for the Netflix Editorial team, as well as a consumer experience on the web. This role will work cross-functionally to define experiences across both platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong, informed design point-of-view for the Tudum experience and unify the product goals in the short term, as well as a vision of the longer term.

This is a highly collaborative role between different Netflix businesses (Editorial and Product), and the designer will need to develop and maintain positive relationships and collaborations with partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other Tudum and Member experience designers, along with cross-functional partners to explore, test, and evolve Tudum at Netflix.
