You will set technical direction, guide the team in solutioning for exciting business problems, create clarity in scope and deliverables, communicate progress, and help your team resolve dependencies. We are a fast-paced healthcare start-up prototyping new solutions that serve patients, providers, and internal clinical operations. You will play a proactive role in identifying opportunities where data can be used to solve business problems at scale. Your leadership will guide the data science and machine learning team to move quickly and to deliver at high quality. You will partner with leaders across data engineering, analytics, medecon, product, and software engineering to make investments that meet and anticipate business needs. This role has high growth potential for personal development and for building a strong team.
