Sales Assistant at The Global Talent Co.

Full-time, Remote

Our end-to-end service handles finding, hiring, and managing these skilled professionals, allowing tech companies to expand their marketing capabilities without the usual overhead.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be instrumental in connecting innovative tech companies with our services. You'll identify potential clients in the tech sector and set the stage for our sales team to demonstrate how we can accelerate their growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting. Identify and research tech companies that could benefit from our services

2. Outreach. Reach out to these tech companies and schedule meetings with our sales team

3. Pipeline Management.. Maintain our CRM and follow up with potential tech clients

4. Collaboration. Collaborate with the sales team to communicate our value proposition to tech startups

5. Analytics. Manage sales metrics reporting (open rates, close rates, etc)

6. Strategy Development.. Contribute to developing outreach strategies tailored for the tech industry

7. Market Research. Stay informed about trends in the tech sector, global hiring, and remote work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR

  • Ability to learn tool stack quickly

  • Resilience to hear "no" a lot and keep going

  • Love for sales!

  • Interest in the tech industry and startup ecosystem
