Country Partner Dach Senior Expert Indirects 

 

What you do:

 

  • Coordinate Country Management escalations and procurement queries
  • Coordinate change management activities
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide S2P trainings based on business needs
  • Conduct regular collaboration meetings with key users and supporting them in S2P changes
  • Provide country insights for S2P Operations and Procurement Areas based on data analytics and users’ feedback
  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
  • Understand local perspective and business insight and translate them to S2P organization
  • Collaborate with other GBS functions to deliver best solutions for S2P stakeholders
  • Identify and drive potential improvements
  • Foster process standardization and regularly review and validate process deviations and specifics with country management
  • Local language support and handling requests in local language
  • Point of contact for internal/external auditors, providing reports, documents and necessary information upon request

 

 

Who you are:

 

  • Master degree (ex. Economics, Management, Procurement and similar)
  • Fluent English and German language B2/C1 level
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement area, working knowledge of processes, procedures, tools etc.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to give constructive feedback, negotiate, manage communication in risk situations
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer orientation
  • Ability to establish effective, trustful, personal relationships with key business stakeholders and to operate in a highly intercultural environment
  • High organizational skills, flexibility in designing and implementing continuous improvements,
  • Solution oriented, proactive attitude and self-dependent person
  • Passion for innovation, digitalization and process excellence
