✅The Role

As the Senior Onboarding Manger, you will be playing an important role in getting our new clients aligned and comfortable with our software and team in a smooth and efficient way.

You will manage a team on Onboarding Managers and oversee current and incoming customers ensuring that assignments are passed to the team. Each customer will be guided and managed through each stage of the onboarding process until they are ready to be passed into the service delivery functions.

You will continuously strive to improve the onboarding process and customer experience, taking other stakeholders with you on the journey to ensure buy-in and adoption.

You will be the first person in the organization to work with brand owners across a variety of industries to identify their requirements, find the best approaches to solving their challenges, and set them up for success with Corsearch from the very beginning.

You will work with different departments and use your business and legal knowledge to successfully get new clients onboard. This will also include developing new strategies to ensure the customer has a smooth transition with all the required Corsearch touchpoints and functions.



What will your day in the office look like?

Everything you do helps setup our customers for success and drives a positive experience.

A typical day for a Senior Onboarding Manager includes communicating with the clients who are currently in the onboarding process to establish the requirements, priorities, and scopes of their projects and to collect any necessary documents.

You will be working with colleagues and partners from different departments and backgrounds to set up the projects and resolve any custom requirements, issues or questions.

Running meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure that all required functions are met, and that relevant teams are being made accountable of their responsibilities.

  • Proven experience in building, optimizing and changing onboarding processes
  • Experience in similar or adjacent roles within tech-enabled or SAAS sector
  • You are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and methods
  • You genuinely like working with customers and want to exceed their expectations
  • You are committed to providing high-quality, professional customer service
  • You pay exceptional attention to details
  • You take ownership of tasks and follow through with projects until completion
  • You are solution-oriented with a naturally positive outlook and creative critical thinking
  • You like to work on several projects simultaneously and with different departments
  • Great communication skills in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is a big plus
