Work environment
This job is remotely based but significant office time is needed to support colleagues and interact with other parts of the organisation. Travel is required, maybe 1-2 days a week, and can include overnights. Traveling domestically on an as needed basis. International travel maybe 5 times per year.
About the role
The Account Manager (SaaS) will have full responsibility identifying, acquiring and managing large-scale Virtual ADHD Care Providers, including but not limited to enterprise organizations, in the UK, Europe and Australia. In this role you are responsible for expanding company knowledge and expertise within the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry, developing effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities, driving business and revenue growth, whilst building and maintaining customer relationships.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Secure new revenue according to the company’s expectations
- Effective management of the sales pipeline.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and targets.
- Creating a comprehensive plan to effectively reach, follow up and convert potential customers.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Monitoring sales metrics and performance by closely tracking key performance indicators, such as revenue targets, client retention rates.
- Account management of existing customers.
- Effectively communicating the value of the company's SaaS products and services
- Developing a deep understanding of the SaaS healthcare industry and products within target markets.
- Identifying and analyzing market trends and conditions.
- Working up quotations, business plans and managing the successful procurement process for new contracts.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Clinical Team, Product and Marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and drive product enhancements.
- Gathering feedback from customers to secure valuable insights informing product roadmap decisions and staying ahead of competition.
- Liaison with the Clinical Team to facilitate and ensure successful execution of customer support model
- Actively seeking and identifying new brand, business and market opportunities
This role involves full ownership of the commercial strategy for individual accounts, focusing on driving growth and maximizing revenue potential. You will be responsible for executing SaaS sales and growth initiatives in assigned markets, meeting sales targets, and expanding customer relationships. Additionally, you will lead key commercial projects to enhance growth potential, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with the company’s objectives.

- Strong understanding of and experience with SaaS industry and market trends
- Familiarity with SaaS pricing models
- Experience with sales forecasting
