BayanTech is a leading language service provider. Since 2004, we have been offering a vast array of translation and localization services to major global brands, helping our clients to smoothly cross the frontiers of language and culture and expand their markets.
We offer our language services to all Middle-Eastern and African languages, as well as the major Asian and European languages. Based on a large in-house production team, our services raise the bar for the entire translation and localization industry.
Through our multiple years of experience, we have grown from 1 office to 4 offices in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa, and the headquarters in the United Arab of Emirates.
Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including the Technology, E-commerce, Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Gaming, and Education sectors.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Generate leads through various sales channels, including outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
Track and manage sales activities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Promptly respond to inbound leads from the website and advertisements, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and effectively converting these leads into customers by providing tailored solutions and maintaining strong follow-up communication.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development, Experience in the translation and localization industry is a must.
Relevant experience in the following industries is highly recommended: Technology, E-commerce, Education, Consulting, Travel & Hospitality, Media & Publishing, or Advertising & Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in representing companies at tradeshows and industry events, with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Excellent English language skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems.
Experience with sales automation tools.
Familiarity with lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to travel across Asia, USA, and Europe.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
