Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and generate new leads within the Australian market for our digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with our marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, offering valuable insights to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth for the business.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the digital marketing industry (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and how they address business challenges.
  • Australian Market Expertise: Familiarity with the Australian business landscape and industry-specific sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
  • Networking Abilities: Strong ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
