Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter to assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates using databases, online platforms, and networking.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and keep track of recruiting metrics.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment.
Strong knowledge of different job boards and recruiting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple industries.
Experience recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
Familiarity with contract and freelance recruitment processes is preferred.
