Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter to assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Source potential candidates using databases, online platforms, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and keep track of recruiting metrics.

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of different job boards and recruiting tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple industries.

  • Experience recruiting for various roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.

  • Familiarity with contract and freelance recruitment processes is preferred.
