Junior UX/UI Designer - Remote

·         Your Responsibilities:

• Design Development:  Create and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing.
  
• User Research:  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  
• Collaboration:  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
  
• Prototyping:  Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
  
• Design Systems:  Assist in maintaining and expanding design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.
  
• Stay Informed:  Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills.
  
• Documentation:  Accurately document design processes, guidelines, and project details.
  

Requirements

• Educational Background:  Pursuing or holding a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  
• Relevant Experience:  Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, or previous roles in UX/UI design.
  
• Passion for Design:  Strong interest in creating engaging and effective user interfaces and experiences.
  
• Technical Skills:  Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  
• Creative Thinker:  Excellent creative and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Communication:  Effective communicator capable of collaborating in a remote team setting.
  
• Technical Familiarity:  Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
  
• Detail-Oriented:  Meticulous and eager to learn in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
