For a project in we are looking for a:
Training Support (f/m/d) with SAP S/4HANA

Duration : 01.01.2025 – 31.12.25
Volume : 864h remote/ 20h travel
Location : remote/ Essen
Primarily remote, with the possibility of onsite support for special cases,
such as TTS-related activities, occurring only twice a year.
- The program is
transformation program of our customer to the new standardized financial core
as part of the switch to the S/4HANA platform
- In scope are more than 500 company codes that will go live
in a timespan between 2020 and 2027
- So far, the project has successfully completed several
Go-Lives, the next Go-Live is scheduled for end of this year
- As part of this
project, the central team coordinates the set-up and maintenance of all
required process trainings for the new system
Tasks :
Collaborative
Development:
Work with Master
Trainers in Sprint Teams to create and improve engaging learning materials
using the TT Performance Suite.
Quality
Management:
Manage the S4U
Knowledge Base, ensuring the quality of approximately 10% of the 1,500 global
learning objects through regular updates and author training sessions.
Central Training
Delivery:
Conduct various
training sessions, including Fiori Basics for End Users and Train-the-Trainer
workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Customized
Learning Support:
Develop tailored
learning materials for Sprint Teams lacking internal Master Trainers to
facilitate a smoother training experience.
Strategic
Planning & Expertise:
Perform annual
reviews of the Central Training Plan and provide guidance as a Subject Matter
Expert on the Enablement Concept and Global Training Execution to the internal
Training Lead.
