Data Strategy ManagerOverview

This Data Strategy Manager reports to the Analytics & AI Director, leading the execution of AI products and guiding data scientists and analysts. They collaborate with business teams across our client on initiatives like Customer Experience transformation, Segment-of-one marketing, Value-based network roll-out, and Strategic workforce intelligence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Drive AI product execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Define team objectives and the rationale behind them.
Identify and prioritize data-driven business problems with leaders.
Ensure alignment and manage stakeholder expectations.
Inspire and broaden business teams' perspectives on data possibilities.
Optimize data resource investment for maximum benefit.

Requirements

Profile

Strong business and leadership skills..
Ability to use data to drive business, strong storytelling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Capable of leading a data team and collaborating with business units.
Background in management consulting is a plus.
Agile mindset with experience in organizational change.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Master's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.
