The position

As Technical account Manager at Last app you will ensure the best experience for our users and provide input for the development and improvement of our products, serving as the primary point of contact for support with our clients.


  • Manage customer issues in real time through chat, email, and/or phone.
  • Provide support during night shifts or holidays, being the primary person responsible for the area at that time.
  • Conduct remote installations of hardware and software at client locations, as well as training and/or configurations with the restaurant team.
  • Provide additional training and/or technical consultations on the program to clients during the program instruction period.
  • Assist the ACX team with medium complexity configurations/demos.
  • Strengthen the internationalization team.



  • Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in customer service (experience in the HORECA sector is a plus)
  • Native or advanced level of German and Spanish (English is a plus)
  • Continuous Learning: Ability to learn and great attention to detail.
  • Communication: Capable of maintaining an appropriate tone at all times during communication with clients. Good grammar.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to find ways to resolve issues to the point of being able to do so independently.
