We are looking for a Junior Graphic Artist to join our creative team and contribute to the development of visually impactful designs across a variety of mediums. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and passionate designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Junior Graphic Artist, you will work closely with senior designers and other departments to help create engaging presentations, maintain brand consistency, and support design projects from conception to completion.

Job Description:

Presentation Design:

Design and develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing materials
Ensure presentations are on-brand, professional, and align with project goals and key messaging.

Graphic Design:

Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, social media graphics, digital ads, website visuals, and email templates.
Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine layouts, typography, and other design elements.

Brand Implementation:

Support the implementation and consistency of brand guidelines across various platforms and materials
Help maintain brand integrity in all design projects, ensuring that all work adheres to the brand’s visual identity and messaging

Project Management:

Assist in managing design projects, including coordinating timelines, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, revise designs, and deliver final assets on time.
Maintain organization of design files, assets, and project documentation for easy access and future use.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or Junior Graphic Designer with a focus on high-quality presentations.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with animation features.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
Creative problem-solving abilities, particularly when working with limited briefs or tight deadlines.
