Job description

This is a remote position.

Nexus Marketing, founded in 2014, is the leading content marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) agency for mission-driven businesses that want to market their products, software and services to nonprofit organizations, schools, faith-based organizations, associations, and universities.

About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Admin to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent written and verbal English, great attention to detail and is highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

About the role and the company:

The range of tasks includes the following:
  • Researching and identifying sales prospects
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Following sales cadences for inbound and outbound leads
  • Warm email outreach
  • Creating sales presentation materials
  • Taking over weekly/monthly sales processes
  • Corresponding with clients/partners to manage logistics of meetings and webinars
  • Provide administrative support to our sales managers

We currently have 30+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members, and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

Hours and Location:

  • You will be working in US Eastern Daytime (Approx 8 or 9 am - 5 or 6 pm EST).
  • We're prioritizing candidates from the Philippines.
  • Work-from-home setup

Interview timeline:
We’re conducting interviews now. The target start date would be dependent on the result of the interview.

Benefits
Equipment:  The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided.

Wages
  • Hourly compensation (Before any fees you pay for wire transfers and currency conversions):
  • Base - $7 USD
  • Additional $0.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards your own health insurance costs
  • Additional $0.25 USD/hour as a company contribution to go towards any additional insurance/benefits that you buy on your own
  • Bonus - $6,000 annual bonus if the sales team hits 400k in new revenue (approximately an additional $3 USD per hour). 
Target Hours: 42.5 billable hours per week. The target hourly rate paid ends up being $10.50 USD/hour if sales targets are met .


Paid Vacation Time
  • 20 days accrued annually
  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time
  • 5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
  • 15 days accrued annually.
  • Once per year in December you can cash out any accrued life leave time. Every 5 days you cash out is worth about $300. Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays.
*Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
