Job description

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive timelines and building the talent pipeline for the businesses to achieve the hiring targets.

Note: This position is fully remote within India.

Responsibilities :

Actively contribute to recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the entire hiring process
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Search and shortlist profiles based on minimum key skills required
Evaluate shortlisted candidate by conducting first tele-interview
Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome
Create and implement onboarding plans

Requirements

Excellent English communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite; HRIS/ATS systems will be a plus
Strong ethics and reliability
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
