Job description

Salesforce Administrator 
Location: Remote
Experience: 10 to 12yrs 
 
Excellent communication skills are required where this person will have to work with the client leadership. Excellent comprehending skills, articulation and presentation skills required. 
Work timings – EST Time Zone (6 PM IST to 2 AM IST preferred) 
Perform administrative functions in Salesforce related to day-to-day business. 
Identify the administrative functions that may be required to be updated or added to the list of tasks based on the changing business requirements 
Define automation and improvement tasks in Salesforce too and work with the Salesforce System Admin and Salesforce Developer to get them delivered. 
Perform day-to-day business activities, examples of which are mentioned below but are not limited to these: 
Data Load OR Data Cleanup 
Changes related to product and its price 
Report and Dashboard Creation 
User Creation (onboarding) / Updating (Offboarding) / Permission assignment 
Salesforce User Training 
Handle data related issues and work with salesforce developers for whereas bugs and enhancements. 
Keep an eye on org performance and take actions to maintain it. 
Duplicate records management – Identifying the areas where we have duplicates and identifying the ways they can be resolved and how the sanity can be maintained. 

Requirements
Release management for Salesforce features and functionalities 
Work with all the functions of the client that work on or have any touch points with Salesforce. 
Sandbox account management 
Integration and app management 
Etc. 
Work with the client leadership to ensure that the Salesforce system is always up to date with automation and its functional and technical architecture based on ever-changing business needs.
