This is a remote role based anywhere within the UK or one of our European countries of operation. You must be a permanent resident of that country and legally authorised to work there.

The Role

 

As part of our Campaigns team, you will devise multi-channel marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers. You’ll manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, focus on analytics and KPIs and give ideas as to how to keep on improving campaign results.

 You’ll work closely with marketers in our content, and performance and analytics teams. For new business, our focus is on delivering qualified leads that our fantastic colleagues in sales convert to revenue. We're focused on growing revenue across our Enterprise and Key Accounts and do this through targeted campaign activity - using automation where possible based on behaviour and interactions - to feed the right messages at the right time, via the right channel. This role is results-driven; you will be targeting key roles within our customer segments. Engagement stats will be key but leads that convert to revenue will be your goal.

You’ll also focus on driving usage and renewal uplifts across our existing customer base as well as opportunities to drives cross-sell and up-sell. Your campaigns will engage customers, with action-driven marketing that drives product usage, reinforces the value in buying our products, and grows their relationship with us.

 


The Candidate


We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, you will know your revenue target and the volume of deals, opportunities, qualified leads and leads required to deliver the revenue. Someone focus on data strategy and on leading generation that converts. You will work with Sales and our Performance & Analytics team, closely monitoring the success of your marketing programme. You will analyse data and draw insight that will drive your decisions and how you continually improve your campaigns. Your are aware of GDPR and local e-privacy laws, ensuring compliance through your lead generation efforts in an opt-in world and understand the GDPR landscape across Europe. Ensure your content marketing strategy is customer-problem focused. You’ll have the support of our marketing tools and teams to ensure we get the best search results, landing page conversions, website, and social engagement from the right audience. You will work alongside retention and customer experience teams to ensure customer lifecycle activities, usage driving efforts and product enhancements are clearly communicated to the customer base and all teams are aligned on messaging and scheduling.
