We are seeking a Sales Planning and Performance Manager (f/m/x) to join our Sales Team, which is responsible for steering projects by providing insightful analysis on the sales processes across all of AUTO1's European markets within our AUTO1.com Sales Department. Our objectives are efficiency, excellence, and continuous sales process optimization. The SP&P team focuses on making AUTO1's sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization. This department is the core of our Sales B2B distribution business. As AUTO1.com, a fast-growing brand, we are part of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. We are revolutionizing B2B automotive retail through streamlined processes and a robust digital infrastructure.

Job Description
  • Implement sales initiatives that align with market-specific needs and group-level objectives
  • Identify trends and opportunities for sales improvements
  • Prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports, including tasks such as identifying target dealers, supporting volume target setting, and creating tools to help teams achieve their targets
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis
  • Drive the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure our platform meets dealers' needs
     

Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of working experience in the automotive industry or in a fast-paced within a high-growth technology company would be highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in business studies or related fields
  • Experience utilizing SQL, G Sheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools, e.g. Tableau
  • Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • English is mandatory, and knowing one language from Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, or Dutch is a plus
  • Consulting / Investment Banking or Sales Operations roles / experience is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus.
