We are seeking a Project Coordinator Marketing to lead all marketing aspects of our Fanwear division. This role requires a hands-on execution to drive the marketing efforts of our Fanwear (Motorsport and Football) division. The Project Coordinator Marketing Fanwear, will be coordinating the development of sell-in tools to support the B2B sales as well as facilitate the design and development of POS, instore materials and consumer activations to support B2C fanwear sales. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining marketing initiatives and communicating the sales needs to the creative marketing department. In this role we expect you to take ownership of assignments and drive closure.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fanwear industry dynamics, including familiarity with racing series, teams, and fan dynamics and needs to be able to raise the bar whilst project coordinating, according to the latest and greatest.
Your Mission
- Lead content creation: oversee the creation of compelling sell-in content including product overviews, catalogues and lookbooks. Oversee fanwear marketing initiatives, from brief to development through successful execution, under the guidance of product, marketing, sales and the brands.
- POS/store materials & consumer activations: assist in design, development and sourcing of POS, store materials and consumer activations to enhance traffic and conversion within shops.
- Execute administrative tasks in stichd CRM systems - Ensure all POS materials are set up correctly in our systems for ordering and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all materials in our central warehouse.
- Project Coordination: Ensure projects, including milestones, deliverables and briefings are implemented and monitored via our planning tool and deadlines are met for marketing and sales objectives
- Stakeholder management: ensure timely, clear and consistent communication amongst all internal (productmanagers, sales, warehousing, creatives) and external stakeholders
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding across all fanwear-related communications and materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines specific to motorsport activities.

Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in motorsport or automotive industry marketing.
- Strong understanding of motorsport industry dynamics, preferably familiarity with racing series, teams, and fan demographics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, sponsors, media, and fans.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for motorsport and a genuine interest in the industry.
This role is based in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
To be considered for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.
