We are looking to expand our team with a Pre Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate for this role has a unique blend of technical- and industry expertise, along with a proactive hands-on mentality to develop a working Presales-Motion for the Enterprise Sales Team:
Requirements
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Industry Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the CPaaS industry, including communication channels like SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Google RCS, EMail and other messaging platforms.
Technical Proficiency:
- Background in engineering, computer science or related fields.
- Basic understanding SaaS and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot/Salesforce), presentation tools, Jira, Slack and Google-Suite.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Pre Sales or similar customer-facing roles within the SaaS, CPaaS, Voice- or Call-Center industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B technology sales, focusing on new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and value.
- Develop and implement Pre Sales strategies for Call Center and/or CPaaS use-cases, especially around SMS, WhatsApp, Google RCS, Viber and EMail.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals and sales collateral.
- Provide technical support and address complex customer inquiries.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Essential Skills:
Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on CPaaS and Call-Center trends, best practices and competitor offerings.
- Provide market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Additional Qualities:
- Consultative approach and adaptability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen learner, especially useful for understanding specific industries (e.g., Gaming, Logistics, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Travel).
