We are looking to expand our team with a Pre Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate for this role has a unique blend of technical- and industry expertise, along with a proactive hands-on mentality to develop a working Presales-Motion for the Enterprise Sales Team:

Requirements

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Industry Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the CPaaS industry, including communication channels like SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Google RCS, EMail and other messaging platforms.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Background in engineering, computer science or related fields.
  • Basic understanding SaaS and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot/Salesforce), presentation tools, Jira, Slack and Google-Suite.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Pre Sales or similar customer-facing roles within the SaaS, CPaaS, Voice- or Call-Center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B technology sales, focusing on new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and value.
  3. Develop and implement Pre Sales strategies for Call Center and/or CPaaS use-cases, especially around SMS, WhatsApp, Google RCS, Viber and EMail.
  4. Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals and sales collateral.
  5. Provide technical support and address complex customer inquiries.
  6. Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Essential Skills:

Communication:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.

Problem-Solving:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated on CPaaS and Call-Center trends, best practices and competitor offerings.
  • Provide market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Additional Qualities:
  • Consultative approach and adaptability.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Keen learner, especially useful for understanding specific industries (e.g., Gaming, Logistics, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Travel).
