What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture potential partnerships that align with our business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual growth.
  • Conduct market research to uncover opportunities for sales growth and partnership developments.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns that support sales and partnership objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and partnership management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful partnership programs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
