About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payment Specialist to manage and oversee the accounts payable process across the Americas. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, maintain vendor relationships, and comply with local regulations.

What this job offers
  • Process and manage vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to streamline processes.
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable activities and KPIs as needed.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
