We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish strong partnerships. This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, formulating and executing go-to-market strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth and Performance Management:

- Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure revenue goals are achieved.

- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term revenue growth and business sustainability.

2. Strategic Business Development:

- Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, target accounts, and strategic

partnerships to drive revenue growth.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

3. Sales Leadership:

- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance the sales teams skills and performance.

- Establish and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.

- Foster a motivating and inspiring environment to drive exceptional team

performance.

4. Pipeline and Opportunity Management:

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting,

qualification, and nurturing activities.

- Implement and optimize sales methodologies and tools to streamline the

sales process and improve conversion rates.

- Analyze pipeline metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize

sales efforts.

5. Partnership and Relationship Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand market

reach and drive revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.

6. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

7. Marketing Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective

marketing campaigns and messaging.

- Provide insights on market research, customer segmentation, and value

proposition development.

- Collaborate on lead generation and demand generation activities.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.

- Utilize sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven

track record of achieving revenue targets.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in sales methodologies and CRM tools.

Familiarity with digital sales and marketing strategies.

A passion for driving growth and building successful businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT Services Industry.

Proven track record in B2B sales.

MBA or advanced degree.
