Accounting Analyst (Mid-Level)

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role is crucial in providing analytical support and ensuring accuracy in financial data for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, coupled with experience working with onshore clients. Responsibilities

• ‍Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements to provide accurate data and insights, supporting business decisions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and client reviews.‍

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.‍

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. Prepare detailed financial forecasts and assist in tracking budget performance.‍

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP or IFRS standards. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.‍

• Software Proficiency: Utilize NetSuite for core accounting tasks, and employ advanced features in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) to optimize data handling. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.‍

• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and onshore clients, delivering insights and updates on financial performance and operational efficiency. Communicate financial data clearly in both written and verbal formats.
