Description

The BDR is directly responsible for fueling and keeping our sales engine running smoothly with a consistent supply of qualified meetings and opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

In addition to lead generation, key responsibilities include:  

  • Guiding prospects through the sales process, including conducting live online platform demos and managing follow up actions in support of our Account Executives 
  • Contacting potential clients through outbound phone calls, prospecting emails, social media (outbound) and other outbound prospecting activities Identifying client needs and communicate the impact of our products/services 
  • Healthcare market 
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives 
  • Creating early stage opportunities from your self-generated outbound leads and record all activities and manage early stage sales funnel opportunities in CRM (Hubspot) 
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.


Requirements
  • Minimum of at least 3 years of B2B, hardcore lead gen experience preferably in Language Services, IT/Software or Tech Services
  • industry
  • 4 year College Degree (BA/BS) in a related field
  • Self-Highly organized and effective task manager with a positive, can-do attitude looking to work in a fast paced, high-energy, start up, sales
  • TEAM environment
  • Excellent at researching companies, asking probing questions and actively listening
  • Coach-able, Self starter
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • A genuine interest in Technology/ Business Services Sales within the healthcare, financial services, and CRO market spaces
  • Experience with CRM software (ideally Hubspot)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience in healthcare sales
  • Familiar with the Language Services industry
