JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative

RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour (slightly negotiable)

Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH

Reports to: Director of Sales

Working Hours: 

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET

  • Night shift MNL time


The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in sales.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and market research.

· Outreach: Conduct outreach activities via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products.

· Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.

· Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as call volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.

· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and feedback to the team.

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous, but not required.

· Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport.

· Technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
