QA Analyst
Liverpool (Remote)

ShortList Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a QA Analyst to join a not-for-profit organisation with offices in Liverpool.
This role is ideal for a QA Analyst with solid experience, who wants to go into a business that's adding value to the world whilst also giving you the opportunity to broaden your career and technical skillset.
Skills required:
- At least 3 years of experience in a QA Analysis role.
- Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle
- Experience with test management tools and managing issues to resolution.
- Familiarity with testing processes and techniques, including automated testing
- Ability to engage in meetings with stakeholders.
- Competence in blackbox and whitebox testing across various types: unit, integration, functional, system, stress, performance, usability, acceptance, and regression testing.
-Strong Database/TSQL skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Access.
- identifying improvement areas and translating end-user requirements into technical specifications and test scripts.
- Conducting thorough testing, including destructive testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analytical skills with strong ability to identify data issues and implement corrective measures
- Degree or equivalent in Business Information Systems / Computer Science.
- ISTQB (Desirable)
The QA Analyst position is paying up to £45,000 + great benefits. The role offers remote working with travel to team meetings as required in the Liverpool office, easily commutable from Chester, Wirral, Warrington and St Helens.
The company offers a 35 hour work week, remote working and flexible working hours.
