Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll spearhead our client’s online growth strategy, managing everything from social media campaigns to email marketing and content creation. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts, translating their insights into compelling digital content. This role offers significant autonomy and growth potential, allowing you to shape the digital voice of a respected leadership development brand. You’ll leverage cutting-edge marketing tools to create impactful campaigns, engage with high-level executives, and contribute to thought leadership in the professional development space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust LinkedIn strategy, including launching and managing a newsletter
  
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns using GetResponse
  
• Craft engaging social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn and potential expansion to Instagram
  
• Utilize Planable for efficient batch content creation across platforms
  
• Design eye-catching graphics for social media using Snappa
  
• Maintain and update the company’s Squarespace website, including blog integration
  
• Assist in the launch and ongoing management of a podcast
  
• Develop and document marketing SOPs to streamline processes
  
• Meticulously track time and tasks using ClickUp
  
• Collaborate with existing team members, including graphic and web designers
  
• Assist in general marketing efforts as needed by the client

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services
  
• Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and content creation
  
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, especially GetResponse
  
• Experience with content management systems, particularly Squarespace
  
• Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Snappa
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  
• Comfortable with time tracking and task management tools
  
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
